Trap in Tar

Mimi Tachikawa (season 2 of Digimon) struggling to try and get her barefeet out of a puddle of sticky tar after a failed attempt to escape from her boots that are also stuck in the tar. Despite being able to lift her feet a couple of feet in the air, the tar refuses to release the grip it has on her and is forced to watch her feet snap back down into the sticky trap someone might have laid out for her. Mimi is also crying about both her boots and her pedicure on her feet being ruined as it squishes between her toes, as she wonders if she'll ever get her feet unstuck.
